ARC Guidelines Committee
• Revise guidelines for paint, roofs, fences, landscaping, etc.
• Review applicable state laws
• Report proposed changes by January 2026
Violations – Fines
• Review/Approve imposing fines for outstanding violations
• Forward approved cases to the Fining Committee
