2020 has been a year of change for all of us personally, professionally and within our community. As we approach 2021,new communication tools are being reviewed and implemented to keep the community involved and updated. This
includes a website, future email communication and online meetings.
As our community continues to age from 1988, the property incurs increasing damages to the roads, sprinklers, landscape etc. The board continues to attempt to keep the budgets low, while maintain high standards, however this
remains to be a constant challenge which in turn can partially be solved with your help!
It’s imperative that homeowners take individual efforts to maintain personal property, aging houses to continue to meet the standards of the community. The individual homeowner investments will go a long way to continue to keep your Property & Cross Creek II’s beautification in place, house prices high and community we can ALL be proud to live in!

SPEED LIMIT – SLOW DOWN (15 MPH) Please note with schools closed and many being asked to stay home there is an increase in pedestrian traffic in our beautiful neighborhood and we ask that you make sure friends and family are aware of the speed limits in our community. We are fortunate to have a safe place to get out of the house and enjoy some fresh air close to home and we want to keep it that way as to ensure everyone’s safety here in Cross Creek II.
