The governing body (or board of directors) of the HOA is responsible for the management of all aspects of the association. Enforcing provisions of the declaration, articles, and bylaws for the ownership and management of the development. Additionally the HOA board is responsible for the assessment and collection of HOA Fee’s, which are used to pay for the maintenance of the community common areas and any other designated areas that are detailed the covenants and deeds.
