Property Management

Associa is the Community Association  Management Company that manages Cross Creek II.  A CAM (Community Association Manager) is licensed by the state of Florida and is responsible for overseeing and managing an HOA.

Property Management is the operation, control, and oversight of real estate. The Property Management Company indicates the need of real estate to be cared for, monitored and accountability for its useful life and condition. This is much akin to the role of management in any business.

Fees

HOA – Direct Debit

As part of a HOA, homeowners are required to pay a monthly HOA fee. For your convenience we have provided the form to set up a direct deposit to decrease community costs associated with printing and mailing documents.

Click the button below to download the HOA – Direct Debit Form to set up an automatic monthly payment for your Monthly HOA Dues or you may pay by check accordingly.

(Note: In order for funds to be pulled in time for next month’s assessment, this form must be received no later than the 20th of the prior month. The automatic payment process will begin with your next assessment period once we have received your completed form and either your voided check or letter from bank that includes your full account number and routing number.)

Architectural Forms

There is a Homeowner’s Association for the Cross Creek II community which requires homeowners to request an ARC Form before any home improvements are started as to avoid any violations. For the complete rules and regulations of Cross Creek II contact the Proprty Manager for more info.
