Important Note: Townsquare is exclusively for paying monthly dues and accessing property history. All other features, including forums, are not managed by the board or committees. Financial Reports, Insurance Policies, Vendor Agreements, Meeting Minutes, and all key governing documents, including contacting the board, must go through the HOA property management company.  For all communication, please contact the property manager directly, and it is strongly recommended to document all interactions via email.
