Architectural Review Procedures
Any and all exterior modifications to your property must be submitted to the Board.
You may request ARC Booklets for Landscaping, Pavers, Paint and Roof. There are two options when it comes to seeing an ARC booklet.
- You can either download the following forms yourself below by clicking the appropriate link, based on the modification you require, and fill out all aspects of each form and email it back to the email provided on the form.
- You can fill out the Booklet Request Form (below) and wait for someone on the committee to assist you with starting the process.
Once approved by the board, an approval letter will be sent to the homeowner from the property manager. The process on average takes 7-14 days to obtain a response from the board. Once the homeowner receives approval, the project may begin.

General
General Architectural form
Use this form to request any general work like Fence Replacement, Solar Panels, Lighting, Windows & Doors or any other General Architectural changes to your house.
Landscaping
Landscaping Architectural form
Use this form to request any Landscape changes. Please review the Landscape Booklet for approved plants that will be maintained by the HOA Landscape Company.
If you are intending to REMOVE Landscaping, Trees, or Palms, please fill out the Landscape ARC for Removal and identify the specific landscape you are attending to be removed by including supporting pictures. You will need to obtain a proper permit from the City if required. Please use a separate ARC form for plans you intend to replace the landscape.
Driveway Permit

Use this form to request any Permits for Driveway changes.
Paver

Use this form to request any Paver Driveway changes.
Paint
Paint Architectural form
Use this form to request any Exterior Paint changes.
Paint Pallette Booklet
*Note: This pdf is to be used as a resource only for the Name and number of the color. Due to being a scanned pdf document the colors are not true. We do not suggest going based on the online document. We highly recommend the Homeowner to fill out the Request Form (below) to request a “sign out” of the actual Paint Palette Booklet from our Committee.
Roof
Roof Architectural form
Use this form to request any Roof changes.
For new Roofs we recommend the following:
1. Fill out the ARC Form and include the Manufacturer’s Name, Tile Number and Tile Name, and Tile Type.
2.Physical Roof Tiles must be included with the Form to obtain approval
3. Recommend providing the board with three Roof Tile options and list in the order you prefer to expedite the process. We also recommend choosing a color and tile that already exists in the community
4. If a blended roof is preferred, which includes multiple tiles, each tile must be listed on the form and each physical tile must be provided.
5. No Plastic, Metal, or Painted Roof Tiles will be approved. Tile color must be color-thru.

ARC Booklet Request
You can request to get assistance with your modification to your home. The Committees team are here to help homeowners. You can either Download the Booklet by clicking the appropriate link above or you can request to borrow the actual booklet to see more accurate pictures and true colors in person.
